Numbers and codes
How does a virtual number receive my code?
SMS Terra holds carrier phone numbers. When an app sends an SMS to the number you bought, the message appears in your dashboard. No SIM card or phone is needed.
What happens if the code never arrives?
A one-time number waits 20 minutes for a code. If nothing arrives, the price returns to your balance automatically.
Which apps can I verify?
107 apps are listed, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, OpenAI and KakaoTalk. Any other service covers sites that are not listed.
Can I send SMS or make calls?
No. Numbers receive SMS only.
Can I use the same number again later?
A one-time number receives one code. Rent a number for 1, 7 or 30 days if the app will ask again.
Who can see the SMS?
Messages to your number appear only in your own dashboard. They are not shown on a public page.
Prices and balance
How are prices set?
Each app and country pair has a fixed price. The prices page and every app page list them.
What is the smallest top-up?
The smallest top-up is $10. Bonus balance starts at $100 with +20% and reaches +50% at $5,000.
How do I pay?
Balance is topped up with USDT. A top-up is added after the payment is confirmed.
Can balance be withdrawn?
Balance is used for numbers and is not withdrawn. Refunds for numbers without a code go back to it.
Account
How do I create an account?
The sign-up page makes one account key. Save it, confirm, and the account is ready. The server stores only a hash of the key.
I lost my account key.
The key cannot be recovered because only its hash is stored. Keep the saved .txt file in a safe place.
How many accounts can I make?
Up to 3 accounts per IP address.
How do I reach support?
Support opens after your first top-up is added. Payment questions about your own top-up are answered before that too.
