Where refunds go
Every refund returns to your SMS Terra balance. Balance is not withdrawn to a wallet or bank account.
Automatic refunds
A one-time number that receives no code within 20 minutes, an order you cancel before a code arrives, and an order that fails are refunded automatically.
Rental numbers
A rental buys time and is not refunded once it starts. If a rental number receives nothing from the start, contact support with the order code. After review, the price can return to your balance.
Top-up requests
Top-ups are added after the payment is confirmed. Up to 3 requests can wait at the same time.
