What is stored
A hash of your account key and its last 4 characters, a hash of the IP address used at sign-up, balance and top-up records, numbers you bought with the SMS they received, and a hash of your login session.
Why
To log you in, keep your balance, deliver the numbers and SMS you bought, and limit accounts per IP address.
Cookies
Two cookies: the login session cookie (st_sid, 30 days) and the language cookie (st_lang). No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists. Login sessions expire after 30 days.
Sharing
Information is shared only when the law requires it, and only as much as required.
Security
Account keys and sessions are stored as hashes, and the site is served over HTTPS.
